Newjetco, one of the newest entrants to the business jet management and charter markets, is soon to assume the management of an undisclosed long-range aircraft in Asia.
According to ceo Dominik Steiner, Newjetco will work with Jeppesen.
The Tokyo-based company already manages five aircraft in Europe, which are coordinated through a satellite office in Switzerland. It also manages three aircraft in Russia also via a local satellite office. Two of the aircraft - a Gulfstream III and a Challenger 604 - are in commercial use and have flown 650 charter hours in the last 12 months, but Newjetco has no plans to significantly boost the fleet without additional satellite or franchise offices.
“We don’t want to become the next TAG or Jet Aviation,” said Steiner. “We want to provide services to a very small, special customer base. Our services are geared towards private individuals.”
Although all of the aircraft in the fleet are privately-owned, Steiner says that many new prospects are corporations.
Newjetco presented itself to the industry for the first time at this year’s ABACE exhibition, and Steiner stated that another key driver that brought the company to the region was the opening of Nagoya Airport, as it resulted in greater flexibility by the authorities.

ABACE marks the first time Newjetco is presenting itself to the industry, and Steiner feels that it is the ideal opportunity to be noticed in the marketplace. "This is the first show of its type in Asia-Pacific and we came here to be seen by the industry.
"Another key driver that brings us here was the opening of Nagoya Airport - a move which resulted in greater flexibility by the authorities."

Newjetco shows its style
August 2005 - ABACE. Newjetco is going to show its face and character for the first time at ABACE. "We want it simple and with style. I believe the simplicity does not distract from what is most important to us, our customer and our individualized service to them." says the President of Newjetco.
Newjetco chooses a color combination that represents a modern design and at the same time transmits trust and stability. The logo originated from the Japanese Flag, the rising sun.
"Our company is very well structured, our processes are precise and we have a tracking system that allows us to keep on top of an operation, even if the different services are delivered form geographically totally different locations. We optimized the locations to serve the customer best, we did not optimize the company to suit one location."

A Service Company
August 2005 - We are proud to announce our launch of Aircraft Management services in Japan. We strongly believe in Japan as a market with a great potential.
We will focus in delivering a customized service, not a mass product. We have no interest in wide publicity, neither do our customers. We are interested in building a lasting relationship and delivering a service that is based on core values and principles. All our employees and partners are specialists with experience in their field. Together we cover all the know-how it takes and more to deliver solutions to our customers.
Our solutions are localized, but we use our international network as leverage. Owning an aircraft and operating it save and smart is challenging. We are introducing customized solutions to a selected clientele. Specialization is important, but the key lies in the combination of all the know-how to deliver the one solution that fulfills the clients expectation.
There are many providers of aircraft management services, they are not really competitors to us. We compete with ourselves to get better in what we deliver to our customers. We build on the trust we are getting from them and continuously work on maintaining that relationship. We are not distracted by competition, we are focus on our center, the customer.
Expansion in Europe and Asia.
